The Transformers sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, is sure to be one of the biggest Summer blockbusters of 2009. Opening June 26, the plot of the Michael Bay-directed action flick is this: "Decepticon forces return to Earth on a mission to take Sam Witwicky prisoner, after the young hero learns the truth about the ancient origins of the Transformers. Joining the mission to protect humankind is Optimus Prime, who forms an alliance with international armies for a second epic battle."

I freaking LOVED Transformers. I lucked out because all of my siblings and nephews and nieces also LOVE Transformers.
We are all unable to move if the movie is on any of the movie channels even though we all own copies of the dvd. Shot we all (ny sister, brother and their children) all sat on the floor in Best Buy watching Transformers on the display big screen TVs. It was ridiculous but fun cause other people joined us on the floor to watch the movie.

7i'm most likely going to see it, but i don't know if i can really say that i'm super psyched about it. the first one was ok, but i feel like it was really enhanced with effects and what have you and it kind of takes away from some of the characters. the best part of the first movie to me was bumblebee the little car - he was SO cute....i don't know if it's sad to admit that given that josh was in the film...but that's just my perspective
8I'll probably see it to give me something to do.. plus by then it'll be my bf's turn to pick a movie :] (i usually pick... we've seen Iron Man- we both picked that-, Wall-e and Madagascar 2 because of me... we're gonna see Street Fighter and The Watchmen in a few weeks, we actually both picked those.) Either way, i really didnt care much for for the first Transformers movie, the cast didn't excite me either so... meh.

10I squealed so loud when I heard about it coming out that my dog freaked and ran from the room (and she's a bit hard of hearing right now)...So.. YEAH. I am excited to see it!

13I don't know if I'm "excited", but I did enjoy the first movie and will definitely be watching the sequel. My husband, on the other hand, can't wait for it to come out!!!
14I was super-excited for the first one for no real reason and blown away by how much I liked it (I don't like most action flicks). I am as excited for this one. It is just fun to get silly for a movie.

19omgosh! i cant wait!!! a lot of my friends actually did the homemade transformers costumes last year for halloween too haha. i thought the first one was really good and i'm usually disappointed with a lot of new movies...hopefully this sequel will be just as good if not better!
