Newsflash, Harry Potter fans: Warner Bros. has moved the release date [1] for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix [1] to Wednesday July 11, instead of Friday July 13 as originally planned.

Perhaps Warner Bros. took note of the fact that Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End [1]'s early opening on the Thursday night before Memorial Day weekend caused them to have the highest-grossing first six-days in movie history [1]. Or maybe the studio is just excited to premiere the latest Harry Potter movie. I'm thinking it's probably the money thing. Whatever the reason, opening night is now Wednesday the 11th, so mark your calendars, Potter fans.
