I can't stop thinking about the dreamy, surreal video Michel Gondry directed for Paul McCartney's new single, "Dance Tonight," from the forthcoming album Memory Almost Full. In it, a delivery man (played by Mackenzie Crook, aka Gareth from the BBC version of "The Office") brings McCartney a mandolin, and when he begins to strum it, various half-transparent, not-quite-human creatures — including one played by Natalie Portman — start to playfully wreak havoc on McCartney's house. Watching it feels like trying to remember a dream I can't quite recall, and it's a surprisingly haunting video for such an upbeat song. To watch it, read more

6Hehe yeah I heart Gareth! And Natalie too, of course.
7I'm not a fan of the song too, it's not bad, but I always thought that Paul McCartney could do better since he's a Beatle. And I probably wouldn't have paid attention to the video without Natalie Portman and Gareth (can't stop calling him like that).
