It occurred to me while watching the adorable CW show Privileged last night that the main character Megan has a pretty sweet gig. She's a tutor living in the lap of luxury in sunny Palm Beach who is in charge of ultimately getting two rich girls into college. I'm not sure I'd love to be a tutor to heiresses, but lately she's spending less time teaching and more time hanging out with cute guys . . . in the lap of luxury. I'm jealous!
I also think Chuck's job as a secret spy often seems exciting (though, you know, a little dangerous). And in the reality TV world, Padma's judging gig on Top Chef is an enviable job I would not turn down (eating all that great food? Sign me up!). Your turn: which TV jobs would you want?

1If I had Victory Ford's talent in Lipstick Jungle, that'd be an awesome career. Otherwise, I can't remember being really attracted to a character's job. I don't watch much, though.

10I think I'd like to have Rachel's job on Friends that she had at the very end of the series. I'm not good with fashion, but I bet if I had her job I'd be good with it!

12I would want to be Samantha Brown from the Travel Channel because she gets travel all over the world and goes to nice hotels & samples fancy food. I love her specials at Disneyland & Disney World in particular.

14I always wanted Jen Garner's character from Alias job. I know her life sucked but she got to travel and kick ass. I think I just have a secret desire to be an ass kicking spy because I will take Alias, Chuck and Burn Notice jobs- although Burn Notice is technically being fired from a job but still kicking ass
I would also love Anthony Bourdain's job. He really gets to travel to awesome places and show how they actually are and not some sugar coated tourist crap

16i would love to have one of the LJ jobs as well - maybe not victory's since i like fashion but i'm not a good designer - but i like the idea of running a magazine or a movie studio. that could be really fun.
other than that - if you think about how cushy megan's job is - then that's something to consider...but i'd want to travel more if i were in her shoes.
what about Vincent Chase in Entourage - who wouldn't want to be a movie star right?
