From Privileged (remember the tree?!) to The Office to Chuck, I have been loving the holiday TV episodes this year. They do way more toward getting me in the holiday spirit than carols over the speakers at Old Navy ever could. Sometimes a holiday episode can even lead to certain phrases infiltrating our pop culture vocabulary, like "Happy Festivus!" (Seinfeld).
Some of my favorites include the Friends episode "The One With the Holiday Armadillo" and the Arrested Development one in which Maeby and Michael sing to one another about "Afternoon Delight" at the company party. Ha! Then there are some older ones, like the Saved by the Bell episode in which the gang befriends a homeless man and brings him and his family to Zach's house. And, of course, "Chrismukkah" from The O.C. is a cherished holiday episode.

4. The Simpsons when Bart steals the video game from Try'N'Save
5. Friends where Phoebe takes Chandler and Joey in her cab to visit her dad but chickens out.
6. The South Park Mr. Hankey episode
When you referenced the Saved by the Bell episode, I first thought he had it confused with 90210's similar homeless man Christmas episode. But after clicking on the link you provided, I realized that it's yet another 90210 storlyline done by Saved by the Bell first. That, and the whole making up California University so that all the cast members can attend the same college. I'm sure there are more too.

5Whiplash, yes! The Benihana episode of The Office is one of my fav episodes of the show of all time. Nevermind one of my fav holiday episodes in general. I love watching Michael try to mark his date with a Sharpie so he can tell her apart from the other waitress.
I'm also with Buzz; I love all the Christmakuh episodes. And can anyone forget the BH 90210 episode when Steve when to New Mexico to track down his birth mom? Classic. Wow, this is making me really thankful for SoapNet this holiday season!
6Benihana Christmas was hard to beat.
7My God. When he marked her arm with the Sharpie.
8Woodland Critter Christmas, and the Christmas episode from season 2 of Grey's, mostly because, like Izzie, I also like to stare at the Christmas tree lights from underneath.
9I love Arrested Development's "christmas" episodes specifically because they aren't actually very christmassy.
First show that came to my mind, though, was Cupid and the "Hung Jury" episode where Trevor and Claire are surprised with jury duty for the holidays and are charged with fate of a person who defrauded rich philanthropists.
And, this is a huge strech, but the Lost episode "The Constant" is a christmas episode since it kind of mentioned Christmas. But that's about as far as it goes.
So there--a christmas episode that promclaims "There is no God!", a christmas episode that is centered around a pagan god, and a christmas episode that mentions christmas once and is done with it. Happy solstice everyone!
10For me it's "Yankee Swap" from season 2 of The Office. Jim's present for Pam was so cute. And how hilarious is it that Michael tried to buy Ryan's love with an ipod? Classic.
11I was actually thinking about this erlier today! IMO, the absolute best is the Christmas episode in the first season of The West Wing. The ending, with Toby at the 21 gun salute juxtaposed with the White House carolers still gives me the chills. And Mrs. Landingham talking about her sons

Random thought... but what if 24 did a Christmas special, like day, I guess. Jack Bauer could be like kicking elf ass or something... be great.

I can't really think of any except The OC's Chrismukkah episode (in season 1 i think) and "The One with the Holiday Armadillo" on Friends.

16The greatest Christmas episode of any show ever is "Amends" from season 3 of Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
17Absolutely moving and totally fun, with a lot of surprise appearances and a huge foreshadowing of major plot elements later on in the series.
The ending...you'll cry!
