All of a sudden, it's December and not only are the holidays right around the corner, we're also getting a slew of new movies, many of which boast major directors (David Fincher, Sam Mendes, Bryan Singer) and heavy-hitting actors (Cate Blanchett, Kate Winslet, Will Smith, Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Meryl Streep, etc.).
So, which one are you most looking forward to seeing this month?

Matches Fashion
Diesel
Playtex
it's a toss up for me between tom's movie and will's movie. i think that my vote goes to Tom but i know that i'll definitely see both of them.
1im looking forward to a number of these comming out this month!! cant wait!!
2Mostly, I want to see Watchmen.
3The Oscar contenders! Button, Rev Road, Doubt, Reader and also The Wrestler.
4Benjamin Button. It was filmed partially in my old neighborhood in New Orleans, and I think it's fun to see places you've lived on the big screen.
5I want to see the time traveler's wife, i thought that was coming out on christmas...but i'm not positive.
6Benjamin Button, Seven Pouns, and Marley and Me... I can't pick.
7Exact same picks as starange82! So looking forward to this movie season
8Benjamin Button, Marley and Me, The Reader--they all look great.
I wouldn't see Valkyrie in a million years. He has an American accent. In a movie about Hitler. That comes out on Christmas Day. When most of the people seeing movies are probably Jewish. 'Nuff said. It'll bomb no doubt.
9I had forgotten about Time Traveler's Wife. I really hope they don't mess that up, because I loved the book. And you are so right about Valkyrie, Ekaterina
10Benjamin Button - I read the story so many times. I want to see it on the big screen.
11Revolutionary Road - Love Leo. Gotta watch it.
Yes Man - I liked the trailer. It seems like a fun movie.
Seven Pounds - Love Will, too. Good actor, I support his films.
Re: The Time Traveler's Wife
12Yeah, I thought it was supposed to come out this month as well, but apparently it's not. I can't find any information from the studio about a new release date for the film, but there's not even a trailer for it yet (I've been anxiously awaiting one)! Meanwhile, we get trailers for movies that aren't coming out for five or six months. I'm a little worried (like you, tlsgirl, I really, really hope it's good), but hopefully we'll learn the full story soon...
I have to see anything based on F. Scott Fitzgerald stories, so I definitely want to see Benjamin Button.
13Button!! And I can't see marley and me, I know it's going to be sad.. nothing makes me cry like a dog movie!
14No Christmas movies?... no good chick flicks coming out? wth?
15I'm gonna see Seven Pounds. That's about it.
None of these really excite me
16Doubt, Revolutionary Road and Benjamin Button top my list.
17Revolutionary Road, for sure! Can't wait to see that movie!
18None of the above, although I may see The Spirit.
19I'm not real enthused about any of these choices. Nothing good comes out anymore
20None of these sound that great. But then nothing appeals to me in the shadow of Watchmen!
21Bejamin Button is 1st. I want to see The Spirit too.
22Seven Pounds looks really good - and I really like Will Smith. I have to say that I haven't seen the previews for most of these movies and the ones I have seen look bad.
23I agree with Watchmen. Wasn't there an issue with the makers being sued over using the story or something?? Hopefully that won't affect anything. But for now I want to see Marley and Me and Revolutionary Road. Benjamin Button just looks weird and vaguely like a Smallville episode.
24So many good looking movies! Well I'm a Kate Winslet fanatic so I'm looking forward to Rev. Road and The Reader. I also want to see Benjamin Button, Cadillac Records, and Milk. I LOVE oscar movie season.
25The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Definetely going to the cinema to see it. And I do that only twice or 3 times a year.
26The Day The Earth Stood Still has captured my interest. I like a good sci-fi movie during the holidays. I just hope they don't F up this classic. Also, I'm only intested in Valkyrie to see who's playing Hitler. My curiousity has been piqued.
27allyace, I think it's because some other studio wanted to do the film, but never got around to it. Praise be to God on that one, from what I heard it was going to be like.
28I can't wait to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, especially considering it's seeming departure from the darker subjects I'm used to seeing from him.
Seven Pounds also looks to be fantastic and I have nothing but praise for Will Smith's film choices as of late. He seems to value most the sensibilities that were brilliantly discovered when he did Six Degrees of Separation.
The Wrestler is also at the top on my list after getting a glimpse of the trailer. I find myself more and more excited to get to know Mickey Rourke's character, and to acquaint myself with another of Aronofsky's works.
The Day the Earth Stood Still I'm very curious to see if only for my apprehension to its doing the original work an ounce of justice. The promo's tell me it'll be a multi-million dollar schlock-fest, but I find hope that the source material is pervasive enough to adequately present the story to a newer generation of movie-goers.
Mild interest in Revolutionary Road, The Reader and The Spirit.
29Marley and Me is first on my list--next Curious Case of Ben. B.--they all look good though!
30Allyace--20th Century Fox filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros over who actually owned the distribution rights. There's a bunch of poopycock jibber-jabber involved (http://hollywoodinsider.ew.com/2008/08/watchmen-lawsui.html). How I read it, 20th Century Fox is just trying to get a piece of the Watchmen pie by exploiting a loophole in shoddy contracts.
31Marley and Me, seven pounds, and doubt (and yes that's in order)
32The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Marley and Me are the ones i'm looking forward to the most!
33I'm looking forward to "The Spirit" the most, but I also want to see "nothing like the holidays" but I will most likely netflix that next year.
34The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Fallowed shortly by The Tale of Despereaux, and Marley and Me
35Oh, and Bedtime Stories looks cute.
36The reader
I read the book in High school
will reread to refresh my memory.
37Yes Man. Yes I admit it. I also want to see Button and Marley. Or should I say Brad and Jen.
38button is first for me
39A few of these are equally "meh" to me and the rest look plain uninteresting. If I had to pick, I would choose The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Revolutionary Road, Yes Man, or Bedtime Stories. But I'm not really excited about any of them.
40Oh, and I forgot about The Spirit.
41Is it sad that absolutely NONE of these movies appeal to me?
42I can't wait to see Will take on such a challenging role!
43I want to watch Marley & Me! The book's great, so I'm excited to see it being adapted as a movie. Plus I love the trailers!
44Benjamin Button and Revolutionary Road. I can't decide which one more.
45everything except valkyrie and cadillac records
