NBC Cancels Lipstick Jungle, My Own Worst Enemy Industry sources are saying that NBC has decided not to order any more episodes of Lipstick Jungle or My Own Worst Enemy. There's no word yet on whether the shows will finish airing the episodes that have already been shot (a total of nine for Enemy, 13 for Lipstick).

That sucks! I had a feeling when they switched LJ from Wednesday to Friday something was going to happen... This is the second show I've gotten into (Swingtown, being the first) and then the network cancelled. Blah!
1I hope I get a decent family-oriented sitcom to watch. I only watch 1 or 2 hours of tv a week now, if that. I swear, I could watch entire episodes of the married Sonic couple!!! that guy is funny as hell in such a natural way.
2I love Brooke Shields on Lipstick Jungle. I'm so mad that they are cancelling it!

4This is sad. LJ was one of my favorite shows to watch. I hope they don't just yank it and we at least get to see all the shows they've made for the season. Victory rules.

8Nooooo!!!! I'm furious! Lipstick Jungle is my FAVORITE show! Crap. It's so good. They are strong, intelligent, successful, beautiful women- SO good to show the world. I'm so upset. I'm sure they won't renew Friday Night Lights after Season 3 airs this Spring either (if they still decide to air it). They make TERRIBLE decisions at NBC.
9I can't believe this. It was one of the few shows I watch! Why do they do this? I mean, where do they get the information that "no one is watching" cuz it seems there are are a lot of people watching! This is so frustrating!

13That sucks. I liked Lipstick Jungle. I thought the airing on Friday would be better, because there are not so many shows in this public-interest group. Wednesdays there where Private Practice, and i didn´t know which show i should watch. But Friday it was clear.
14I love the character, the plot and the set. But most of it, i love the clothes. Hope they give Lipstick Jungle at least a good finale.
Lipstick Jungle was a depressing mess of cougar-worship and fake-women living in the increasingly souless New York City, which of course was a lot better before Sarah Jessica Parker ruined it with SATC. I'm glad this show was cancelled, it was setting a very bad example.
15Say it isn't so! Lipstick Jungle was one of the few shows I thought was still worth following. I hope they wrap up the stories properly at least (i.e. Victory ending up with Joe!)

19I am hurt by this. They keep that Knight Rider show but cancel LJ. The storyline with Victory and Jo is getting good.
I hope a cable network picks it up. Wishful thinking?

21it's over 20,000 fans on facebook and going up day by day!!!!!!!! it's getting popular to many! i can't imagine they did not give it another year. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. i love this show!
22Maybe they will change their mind and not cancel due to response of cancelation. It is SO disappointing. LJ was fun to watch. The fashion was great!
