Remember how fun it was to see Addison return to Grey's Anatomy last Spring? Well, she's coming back — and this time, she might be bringing some of her Oceanside Wellness colleagues with her.
TV Guide is reporting that Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice will have a multiepisode crossover for February sweeps. While the exact number of episodes and characters involved is still being hammered out, one certain thing is that Addison will be returning to Seattle.
It's unclear whether the plot would take place both in Seattle and in Santa Monica, but it's definitely an intriguing idea — and maybe a good reason to keep watching Private Practice! Which Grey's docs do you think would have the most interesting trips to Oceanside? And which members of the Oceanside family would you like to see rubbing elbows with the residents and attendings at Seattle Grace?

I could see Pete, Sam, Cooper and Naomi going to Seattle Grace, but I feel like Violet would become even more annoying if she went. She's already almost as whiny as Meredith.
I'm obviously going to wait and see before making judgments, but I'm not sure how I feel about the whole idea yet. The two groups of people just seem so incredibly different.
1...or maybe McSteamy could pay Violet a "visit." Maybe that would cheer her up. She certainly seems like she might need it.
2There is not really any reason that any of them would go including Addison anymore. I mean shes divorced and not even friends with Mark anymore...
3I wish Addison would return to Seattle Grace and stay. Private Practice, in general, has been a disappointment for me. Cooper and George could do some bonding, but beyond that, I'd be happy if the rest would just stay behind at Oceanside.
4I dont want addison and her crew to wander over into seattle grace, you left....stay away.
5It would make sense for Addison to bring Dell Seattle to assist, but I don't quite see why any of the others would go. On the reverse, how about Hahn ending up with Charlotte at her new practice?!!?
6I'm so excited for this! I love both shows, and I miss having Addison on Grey's. I can't wait.
7I have to say I really love Private Practice this season, although I can't imagine a crossover.
8Not sure I love this idea, it feels like it might be awkward... but the first thing I thought was Dell and Lexie, may hit it off...

10I actually can't think of a good storyline for either show's characters to venture the other show. So it will be interesting to see what the writers come up with.
11well i think that it's probably a way to get more people to watch PP since the ratings for Greys seem to be going up. the show kind of lost me for a while, but now that things are picking up a bit, i'm back to watching it on the night that it airs rather than DVR and hope that i watch it and not care of i miss it. i can't wait to see what happens in Feb - it'll be interesting - that's for sure.
12I wish they would cancel Private Practice and Addison would come back to Seattle Grace. I didn't think I would miss her, but now I do. They still haven't filled her role as Ob/gyn, have they?
13i don't think this is a very interesting idea at all. i could maybe see Izzie going to Santa Monica because she is a very people-person and would thrive in that atmosphere where she could really get to know her patients! I mean, is it really going to work with Alex anyway?
