With hot doc McArmy back on the scene in Thursday's Grey's Anatomy, I got to thinking about all the (many) Grey's relationships both past and present. Sure, the joke is always that everyone at Seattle Grace has slept with each other — and OK, it's mostly true — but hey, some of them have had relationships outside the hospital, too! Some of the pairings worked out better than others, but even the doomed ones were often intriguing, so tell me: Which Grey's relationship is your favorite of all time?

well i think that the triangle of Erica>callie>sloan is my favorite. it's funny to see how that one kind of evolved
can you tell that i'm not really much for romance on this show right now?
1I said Callie and George. I loved how she was SO into him and he was oblivious to it. She was a strong character who didnt take any crap and he softened her a little. I knew from the start that it wasnt going to last long since Izzie was so against it. Wish they would have made it last longer than it did.
2Izzie and Denny My least favorite? Izzie and George.
3I love Denny so either him or anyone with Sloan. I like the callie sloan erika triangle. It is cute to me.
4Do they have to be romantic relationships? I personally like Derek and Sloan (especially when they were figuring out how to be friends again).
5They might not have ever been a real couple on the show, but Addison and Sloan were by far the hottest hookup. Who can forget him coming out of the bathroom in that towel?!?
6Lauren, you are so right about that towel! I said Izzie and Alex. I love them together.
7I just hate Izzie period. If they had let Callie (Calla Lily) beat the crap out her just once I'd still watch it.
I like Christina and Burke. They would have been a great couple without the homosexual bull as an excuse to boot Issiah.
8I chose Meredith and Derek, but now that I think about it I am changing my mind to Izzie and Denny. My all time favorite scene in the whole show is when Izzie is getting ready to leave the hospital and she stop and when the camera spins around Denny is standing right next to her. I cry every time I watch it.
9I have to say my FAVORITE relationship is that between Bailey and her original interns. There's a special bond there and I think it's the best part of the show.
10I love Meredith and Derek just because they're fighting through tons and tons of issues and they're really great together when they're happy. I liked Christina and Burke because Burke was able to get to Christina in a way nobody else could. Also loved Izzie and Denny and Izzie with Alex.
11Meredith is annoying and whiny. I'm all for Christina and Burke!
12My favorite relationships is the one that never happened: Erica and Sloan and the one that may very well happen if the powers that be see fit:Sloan and Lexie.

15George and Izzie. But they destroyed that, so i stopped watching.
16Izzie and Denny, definitely! So so sweet. But I also love Izzie and Alex. Personally, I hated Callie and George - it just seemed so off to me, and I didn't like Callie at all. I'm still not a huge fan of her, she's too b*tchy and whiny I feel like. And of course I love Mer/Der.
17izzie and denny! it was weird how they fell in love while he was in the hospital but it was just so sweet, and the day she climbed in bed with him in her prom dress kills me and then karev carried her out. i loved that scene.
18Addison and Sloan...even if he was the "other man"
19Meredith and Derek!!!!! Alex and Izzie is #2!
20I also love Callie and Mark together. Their scenes bring a lot of the funny to the show.

22I voted for Izzie and Alx but I forgot about Cristina and Burke, part of what made the show incredible. It really hasn't been the same without him..
23I miss Burke. I wish they would bring him back. I know that is impossible with all the drama, etc, but wow...their relationship was amazing and I miss him on the show. He is really talented.

26IZZIE AND DENNY! I loved them together and no other couple on this show can compare, IMO. They killed Denny off too quickly. It seems obvious that they regret that because they keep bringing him back time after time.
27WTF? Why is Izzie and George one of the favorite couples? They are great as friends, but they were terrible as a couple. I think someone is stuffing the ballot box
28coachluvr - Finn was Meredith's boyfriend for a brief time in Season 2, I think. He was a vet who took care of her dog.
29I may be the only one, but I loved Addison and Derek together. Shame there was whiny Meredith who the show's named after. And now Addison's got her own show...

33I find it funny that the Alex and Izzie fans, who are the biggest spammers in the world, and cheat all the time would accuse the Gzizie fans of spamming. Gizzie still has a huge fanbase and they were better than your abusive disgusting couple any day. Go Gizzie.

40Izzi and George were disgusting. he is noway good enough for Izzi and I really don't know how he can have fans. he is in secure and whiny. Alex can be a good man when he is with Izzi.
41But I really like if they do something about Calli and Mark Slaon. these two are fun and together they are sexy.
Anyway, still my favorite is the classic Merideth and Derek.
