Have you heard? Mr. Jay and Ms. J of America's Next Top Model are getting their own spinoff! Then again, we shouldn't call Operation Fabulous a spinoff because as Jay Manuel puts it, "This is a new series that is a separate world from Model
and will really help women try to elevate their lives."
Regardless of how we categorize it, it's clearly a makeover show that raises an urgent question: Would you give these two free reign over your style?

Honestly I don't even know who they are
I hate ANTM. Neither of them are qualified at all!
No, they know pop style and fads but I don't think they're talented enough to bring out the best in any woman.
i'd be terrified.
i wouldn't want to be on a reality show. their goal is to make entertaining tv, not show what's real, so i don't "trust" it. barring that, it's just hair. i think it'd be a blast, no matter what i looked like at the end
I'd want to see others go first, I think. The makeovers on Top Model are sort of mixed in their outcome - some look great, while others are terrible! And these are models - I am no model. I'd want to see what they'd do with someone who isn't a 6-foot tall 18-year-old.
Oh HEEEEEEEEEELL No!
No, I think they would make me look too crazy or too "out there."
I totally would. Free makeover and it all grows out anyways.
Bring it on.
i would COMPLETELY put my look into their hands! they know what they're talking about on the show, and even if it doesn't work who cares? it's a makeover. there is nothing that is not reversable.
Not in a million, we have completely different taste in all things fashionable.
I'd advise being very careful about letting someone get their kicks with cutting and coloring my hair or using harsh gels and sprays, teasing and razor cuts... they rarely take into consideration the health of your hair, your diet or health issues you may have...it may never grow back.
NEVER. I shiver to think what they would do to hair like mine. It's long, black, full-volume and curly. It's JUST the kind of hair they'd love to chop off and dye platinum blond. Plus I've noticed they have a tendency to simply shave the head of 'exotic'-looking girls (is that some kind of unwritten rule??), so NO!!
No, they need stylists themselves.
I agree with austerity, completely. I mean, I have full, wavy, golden red hair, and I've just grown comfortable with it. So I can see them relaxing and flat ironing it and doing it platinum... so, thanks, but no thanks.
No! They'd want everyone to look "editorial" and that's not for me. I would not what a man who has silver hair deciding what my hair color should be!
No because they wouldn't consider my own taste and I wouldn't look how I actually want to and also I think I like my taste better than theirs.
I'd be like you're the ones who need help here!
i'm kind of on the fence about this one. i've seen what they've done to people on ANTM but i don't know if it would be right for me. i think that i'd have to see what the results are on others before i can say yea or nay
HELL NO Have you seen the number of platimum blond makeover muss-ups they've given? I wouldn't let them come within a 10-foot radius of my hair, with or without the peroxide bleach.
My make over would include a weave...or maybe a weave...or I know I weave! The two of them are all about that
Never. I'd consider Tim Gunn's input and Collier Strong's, but not these two. Most of ANTM's makeovers are terrible
Love them, but they make the makeover too extreme.
no no no no no!
No but I would probably let Tim Gunn do it though.
I would let them make me over in a hot second, but I'd rather not be involved in reality TV. But then, I'd probably take a free makeover from just about anyone. I'm adventurous
They need make-overs themselves!
I'd let them, mostly because I'm afraid to make any drastic changes to my hair by myself.
Hell no. I wouldn't let those clowns anywhere near my hair or clothes. Especially not a man who uses too much tanner w/ platinum hair.
And to echo some other people, I wouldn't mind having Tim Gunn make me over. Maybe even the What Not To Wear people (who wouldn't want a free $5k wardrobe?).
