It was almost like September all over again this week, as a whole bunch of new TV series made their debuts, starting with The Ex List last Friday and ending with NBC's Kath and Kim, CBS's Eleventh Hour, and FX's Testees last night. Did you watch any of these shows? And, if so, what was your favorite?

The only one of these I saw was Kath and Kim because I was waiting for the office to start. I wasn't crazy about it. It is very hard to buy them as mother and daughter. There is only like a what six or eight year age difference. Either Shannon is supposed to come across as ten years older than she is or Blair is supposed to be ten years younger than she actually is. Either way, neither one of them really look the part.
1The only show I saw was Testees and it was TERRIBLE.
2Good to know marielly- I forgot about Testees last night, but thought I might try to catch it out of curiousity.
Kath and Kim was just AWFUL. SNL was really funny though- I really enjoyed it!
3never seen any of these!
4never seen any of these!
5The only one I really watched was SNL, it was pretty funny. I liked the skit at the beginning where "John McCain" kept walking in front of the cameras while "Barack Obama" was speaking.
6Actually, I watched The Ex List (boring!) and I flipped to Kath and Kim during commercials of Ugly Betty (it was alright).
7I watched Life on Mars and I really liked it.
8I tried to watch teh Ex List but it didn't grab my attention so i shut it off halfway through. Kath & Kim was decent and i might continue to watch it.
9Kath & Kim was kind of funny. I will watch the next few episodes to see if it gets better.
10Life on Mars is my new show of the season. I absolutely love it!
11i've been on vacation all week so when i get back in a couple days i'll be able to see things on the DVR and i'll let you know what my favorite was. let's just say that i've been looking forward to the ex list as well as kath and kim for the longest - so my hopes are still high about those 2
12I was pleasantly surprised by Eleventh Hour. I thought the characters (or perhaps actors) were much more interesting than Fringe.
13i saw kath and kim loved loved loved it and testees i thought was oddddd but could be good.. we'll see,

15I missed them all.
16Eleventh Hour was good. I enjoyed it.
17TESTEES!
I didn't expect to laugh so hard but I did. I felt like I had swallowed a gasoline pill too from laughing so hard.
18I liked the Ex List!!!
I doubt it will make it though
19none of the above
20Kath and Kim really disappointed me, but I'm giving it another try. I was expecting The Ex List to be really awful, but it was really good. Didn't watch the other ones, but they're still on my Tivo waiting for me.
21Life on Mars was excellent (and almost shot for shot just like the british version), but Valentine was kind of dissapointing. I'm giving it one more episode because I like the premise and the actors, but then I'm dropping it if it doesn't improve.
22I really like the Ex List. Its such a cute show.
23Guys, the ex list is REALLY worth watching. I hope it survives. Elizabeth Reeser's character is so cool. She isn't neurotic or annoying. She's totally laid back and funny and i love her. (even though i think she's kinda weird looking, she won me over almost immediately.)
Please watch. I don't want this to get cancelled.
24I like "The Ex List" most, so far.
I liked the original "Life on Mars" a lot, so I decided to give the remake a try, but ended up being somewhat disappointed. The pilot seemed like a scene-by-scene remake of the original, the one scene they really changed though (Sam "talking" to Colin) was just terrible, imo. Also, I usually like Harvey Keitel, but I'm not sure he's the right choice for Gene Hunt. So far, he's certainly no match for Philip Glenister and there's none of the chemistry that Glenister and John Simm had.
25I'm curious though whether they'll stick to the original scripts in the coming episodes as well. Maybe it'll be more appealing once the show gets more original, just like what happened with "The Office".
These are not any of the shows I watch.
26I wanted to see the Ex-List but i forgot about it. I recorded Life on Mars, SNL, and Kath and Kim but I haven't watched them yet.
27I watched Testees... it was ok, I didn't love it though.
28SNL! SNL!
29Pregnant Pohler! I mean, uh, Weekend Update.
Life on Mars was good, too. I hadn't intended to watch it, despite the hype, 'cause I've seen the British version so the idea wasn't revolutionary to me.
30It was neat to see the tension between how police did it in the old days vs. today's by-the-book operations.
SNL was pretty funny, but it was too short. Seemed like it was only 20 minutes or something?
31I saw Kath & Kim and Testees, both of which I look forward to watching in the future...Kath & Kim will hopefully get funnier as time goes on and Testees is definitely for the Always Sunny viewer (not for everyone) and I'm intrigued enough to see how far they might push the envelope...we need more tv that isn't afraid to do pretty much anything for a laugh
