For this next installment of Watch, Pass, TiVo, or Rent (my version of Do, Dump, or Marry), I'm curious to know what your thoughts are on this Friday's new release from Ridley Scott: Body of Lies.
Starring Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio, the story follows a CIA operative on the trail of a high-ranking terrorist in Jordan. Apparently, "the spy is aided by the head of Jordan's covert operations in an uneasy alliance that leads to cultural and moral clashes between the men." The actors are good and Ridley Scott has brought us such films as Alien, Blade Runner, Thelma and Louise, and American Gangster.
So, what'll it be?

The actors and the director makes me want to watch it. If not I'll rent it.
1Meh. It's Ridley Scott and it's got sexy Leo in it...but it doesn't look too gripping to me, prolly b/c it's most likely to get caught up in itself and become hard to follow, like Spy Games...Brad Pitt's sexiness could not save that movie from being overinflated and too complicated to watch...

Anytime I see DiCaprio, my fist tightens like a puckered anus and I suffer from an aching urge to sock him in his smug mouth.
3My boyfriend is pretty excited about this one, so I'm sure we'll see it.
4yup- they're showing a free screening on my campus this week, and i think i'll drop by.
5I'll probably Netflix it because I like Leo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe, but I'd never spend $10 seeing it in the theaters. It looks like your stereotypical CIA/spy movie.

9looks like a movie that's already been made. my husband will probably watch it on guys night and will tell me how good it is later and that I should watch it. meh!

I can't stand Leo or his acting. lol.
14i could totally go on with my life without ever seeing this movie. i'm not a big Leo fan and i don't really care much for mr crowe either.
