The nerdy and delightful Chuck returns tonight for its second season, and can I just get a "woohoo"? I was a big fan of Chuck the first time around, and all indications are this season will be just as good, if not better. (One of those indications: Good vibes from NBC, which has already decided to give the show a full 22-episode season without seeing how the first few episodes perform in the ratings.)
If you didn't watch Chuck in the first season, tonight's episode is a good place to jump right in. In the first five minutes, you'll learn all you need to know about Chuck, our resident Nerd Herd computer-repair guy turned bearer of government secrets — all while he's being dangled out a window by an agent named Colt (Michael Clarke Duncan). When we last saw Chuck, his future as an agent (and his future in general) looked doubtful; by the end of this episode, we'll know whether Chuck can hang on.
There's also some good stuff with the Nerd Herd, a few classic moments with Agent Casey, and our first look at Sarah's new cover job. Are you in? To watch a preview, just read more.

No thanks. I tried to get into this show and I just couldn't. Too boring.
1I know what you mean, I tried to watch the first episode and it didn't hold my interest.
2I love this show. Already watched the premiere online but I cant wait for the rest of the season. Zachary Levi is adorable.
3Woo Hoo! I'm looking forward to the premiere tonight! I love the show and think Zachary Levi is pretty darn easy on the eyes!
4I got hooked on this show. Plus I love Zachary Levi! Super cute!
5I am so excited about this!!! Love CHUCK. The only bad...of course Chuck is competing with Gossip Girl...oh the horror!!!
6I can't wait! Good thing this show is online or I would be in trouble - too much competition with Gossip Girl and How I Met Your Mother. My DVR can't handle it all!
7I watched the premier online and felt they didn't tie up the loose ends from last season. Does anyone else feel this way? Maybe I need to watch the season finale again.
8I am so in. This show is quirky, funny and actually different. It isn't about lawyers or doctors or cops/crime scene investigators. If you only watched the premiere, I highly recommend that you give it another shot. If you still feel like it isn't for you, then that's your call
. I only wish I had rewatched the season finale seeing as it was over a year ago! Bad writer's strike, bad. Let's never do that again. Mmmk?
9Oh! For any of you who are wishing you could rewatch last season's finale, it's up on Hulu today, and it's also on NBC.com
10I couldn't wait and watched it on Hulu over the weekend. Still love this show!!!
11YAY!!! I am so happy for this to be back!
12I LOVE this show! I already watched the premiere (love you, Amazon Unbox) and it was awesome. And thank goodness too because there are WAY too many shows on in the 8 o'clock hour on Monday nights
13I watched the premiere by downloading it off iTunes the other day, and it is deff worth watching
14I LOVE CHUCK
I love Chuck! I have the episode downloaded the episode, but haven't had a chance to watch it; so I know where I'll be tonight!
15Apparently, I need to spend some time learning how to type as well.
16It took me a few tries to get into this show. I finally found my groove with it during some re-runs over the summer on the SciFi channel. Problem is, I haven't seen the full first season, just some episodes here and there.
But I'm happy for its return. I'm planning on making it regular viewing.
