Hooray! I'm so ready to kick off the third "volume" of Heroes [1] tonight! It's been a long haul for this favorite to return, due to the writers' strike [2], so I thought up something fun to get us through the workday while we wait out these final hours.

So grab your headphones and check out my playlist consisting of songs about (or, you know, just including) heroes. I thought of Alicia Keys's song "Superwoman," and that Scrubs [3] theme song as well.
