I was just wondering this week what it would be like to have silent movies again, but I would probably hate to see modern ones with most actors of this time period and with what the wardrobe would look like. I rather watch Lillian Gish.
1Johnny Depp would be awesome in a silent film.
2I love Charlie Chaplin. I actually took a film class in undergrad that was half all about him. Good times. But I don't think silent movies would do anymore. Movie-goers just expect something different now.
3suziryder, i totally agree. Johnny can do anything and he has great mannerisms. Have you seen Benny & Joon? He plays a guy who is obsessed with Buster Keaton and he does great imitations of him.
I don't know if I could sit through a full-length silent film, but maybe a short movie.
That's really sad that housewives read Twilight. There are much better books out there!
4This is about the Twilight Moms link.... that's just scary. Anything to do with the Twilight serie in general just scares me. When will the madnes stop?
5yeah, the whole twilight thing is just weird to me. something about vampires in a modern setting is kinda cheesey. i don't get it.
6The Twilight thing is just so darn weird. Who neglects their entire home to read messages online about an upcoming book? Creepy.
