- Did you see the preview for the new Alan Ball show on HBO, True Blood? I'm so intrigued. It's sorta campy and full of vampires.
- What was the best concert you've seen this Summer? And while we're on the topic: how do you feel about bootleg concert videos?
- I just love trailers sometimes. Good ones out this week include The Secret Lives of Bees and Frost/Nixon.
- Movie I'm excited about: Whip It! I think it's going to be awesome. Movie I know nothing about but already feel a "meh" coming on: Tom Cruise as a superhero. Movie I'm excited about that's a tiny bit embarrassing: the sequel to Center Stage.
- I saw The Rocker and it was just OK. But it provided me with an adorable picture for Caption It!
- I really like the new Black Kids video and a new video from My Morning Jacket is so freaking cute. I also had ideas about videos I wish could have been nominated for an MTV VMA. . . in an alternate universe, I guess.
- And finally: Veronica Mars movie: Yes? No? What do you think?!
