When you read about the band Sixpence None the Richer, you may immediately get that "Kiss Me" song in your head, and/or your memory flies back to that scene in She's All That when Rachel Leigh Cook comes down the stairs in slow-motion in that red dress — just before tripping in her heels. Or maybe that's just me.
Well, the recently reunited band with the high-pitched girly-voiced frontwoman Leigh Nash is currently putting the finishing touches on a Christmas album, The Dawn of Grace, due to hit stores October 14. And right now Billboard.com is streaming a track from it, "Angels We Have Heard on High" in its entirety. It's pretty clever of Billboard, which I generally turn to just to read music-related news, to embed a song within an article. At first glance, I was a little skeptical about a Sixpence None the Richer holiday album, but after hearing the song I'm pretty much sold. It's truly a lovely and sweet tune, and while it's not exactly summery music, it still makes for a pretty song.
Head over to Billboard to check it out, and tell me what you think. Merry Christmas, six months early!

I can't listen to streaming anything at work, so I'll have to check it out later. But, I totally think of that scene whenever I here 'Kiss Me'. Too funny.
