Omarosa may never have won The Apprentice — but her obnoxious ways have earned her a new title. The she-devil of not one but two seasons of the Donald Trump reality show has topped TV Guide's list of the Top 10 Reality TV Villains.
Omarosa ascended to the top of the list by beating out lots of other folks we love to hate, including Project Runway's Wendy Pepper and Lisa Fernandes from the most recent season of Top Chef. Also on the list: Puck from The Real World: San Francisco and — of course — Spencer Pratt, who clocked in at No. 7. (Heidi somehow avoided making the cut.)
While I generally agreed with everyone on the list, there are a couple I might have swapped out. Jonny Fairplay of Survivor was pretty awful, but so was Richard Hatch (though maybe imprisonment for tax evasion is punishment enough for him). And sure, Trish was terrible on The Bachelor during Jesse Palmer's season, but Brad Womack — the dude who didn't pick anyone — would make my list for sure.

1How did no one from Big Brother make this list? Lisa was lame - but not ahead of Spencer Pratt.
Puck was definitely horrible too - shouldn't him and Spencer be bumped up based off the fact that they weren't playing a game - that is who they are - really heinous people!
2How did Heidi not make the list? She so deserves a place, although maybe her honor should be "Most Vapid Reality TV Participant."
3While Lisa from ANTM was awful to watch, I think the bigger ANTM villian was this past season's Dominique. She drove me up a wall!

8Showing my age, but how did Jerry from Survivor Outback (season 2) not make the list! She was one of the first reality TV villains!
9I think Omarosa probably enjoys being on this list. Especially being at the top of the list! I also agree with freegracefrom; Wendy Pepper wasn't so horrible, I don't think.

11I was appalled at her crap on Apprentice with Piers, and Piers is no prize.
She shouldn't get the satisfaction of being on this list. She needs to go now.

12Omarosa reveled in being obnoxious- especially on the Celebrity version as referenced earlier. Her altercations with Piers truly hit below the belt. They were there playing for charity and regardless if Piers was the biggest a** on the planet she had no business dragging his parenting- or lack of as she would say- skills onto public display. It was for CHARITY. Perhaps she should have looked up the word before agreeing to participate. Mr Trump gives her entirely too much latitude.) She likes the attention any way she can. As my father always said, "Pretty is as pretty does" and Omarosa fails the internal beauty test.
