Airplanes aren't the only place you have to keep yourself entertained during Summertime travel. There's also the car. While long road trips can be annoying, I actually rather enjoy a long drive down a pretty road somewhere — with my windows rolled down and my favorite tunes blasting on the stereo, of course.
The car is simply one of my favorite places to belt a few songs at the top of my lungs. It's like my own private karaoke bar (without the bar part, but also without the singing-in-front-of-strangers part). You might find me racing down a long freeway singing Night Ranger's "Sister Christian," Elton John's "Rocket Man," or Rilo Kiley's "Portions for Foxes" as the wind tousles my hair. Certain songs are just made to be sung loudly and at high speeds.
What are your favorite songs to sing in the car?

Citizens of Humanity
Emanuela Passeri
Bleeding Love Leona Lewis, Maroon 5 Shriver and Tangled, Robin Thicke's entire cd!

Like Eisley is my sunny summer day walking on the trails music, Metric is my car music. Lately I can't stop singing their song, "Soft Rock Star." The one I sing second most is probably "The Police and the Private." Then "Raw Sugar". If not Metric, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, often "Turn Into".
36"Don't Stop Believing" by Journey is probably the best song to sing with all your windows down on a nice day. Even the cars next to you will be singing along with you.
