Before Hiro, Peter, Claire, and the rest of the "Heroes" gang, there was Tobey Maguire in spandex. Tonight, these superhero forces will combine when a new Spider-Man 3 trailer premieres sometime during the new episode of "Heroes."
What's more, after "Heroes" ends at 10 p.m. Eastern, NBC.com will be offering a 7 1/2-minute clip from the new movie. How thrilled are the people behind Spider-Man 3 that "Heroes" has become such a hit? Capitalize much?

Opening in the U.S. on May 4, this next installment of the Spider-Man saga finds our hero with a new enemy, the Sandman, who apparently killed his uncle. But before Spidey can capture the villain, an evil force starts to take hold of Peter, and he must battle both his inner demons as well as the evildoers of the world.
