Brothers & Sisters hasn't been gone as long as some of the other shows that went off the air during the strike — we spoiled fans of the Walker family got to see an original episode in February, after all. But when the show went off the air, it seemed like a lot of big things were about to happen, so I'm frankly relieved that it's finally returning.
While I'm excited about many of the upcoming developments in the B&S universe, I'm a little worried about others — particularly the dynamic the writers have been setting up with Rebecca and Justin, though they recently assured E! that the resolution will be better than viewers imagine. (For some reason, I have shades of Shonda Rhimes promising Grey's Anatomy viewers that she wasn't following the rules of TV right before bringing Meredith back from the dead — once bitten, twice shy?)
On the other hand, I've been loving most of the other Walker siblings' stories — especially the ever-lovable Kevin and his dating issues. (There are plenty of juicy spoilers out there about where his story might be going, and while I won't mention them here, well, go here and scroll down.) Plus, watching matriarch Nora Walker wade into romance again has been a great argument for showcasing interesting, complex middle-aged characters in primetime. That sounds like it will continue tonight, as Nora reacts to a life-altering offer from Isaac.

I'm so excited, this is one of my fav shows! I still think its a little creepy that Rebecca and Justin are going to be a fling, couple, whateveer. I regret sensing the chemistry between the two.
1I guess I must have missed it... are Rebecca and Justin no longer related? I think the last episode I saw was when Kitty got married.
2Looking forward to seeing where the R/J story line goes. Perhaps Nora also had an affair? Thanks for the reminder about the return of the Walker Family adventures tonight. I really do like this show.

6Ugh, if Rebecca and Justin are related I am officially signing off this show. What purpose will Patricia Wettig have on the show if they're not related? And are R/J then going to have to date for the rest of the lifespan of the series? Because if they don't, then there's no purpose for Patricia Wettig or Emily VanCamp... Other than that, not enough Kevin this ep. LOVE me some Matthew Rhys; met him at Sundance and he was the NICEST guy (although another volunteer said his daughter dated him for six months and... he's maybe not the best boyfriend).

8Calista (Kitty) got more botox. She looks surprised all the time. Lay off the juice, sister!
i missed most of the season, but after sunday's episode, i'm hooked again!
