All good picks Buzz! Loved them ALL!
2I was a wee bit too old for those.
3OMG! I loved Carmen Sandiego, I used to play the computer game all the time too. Wow-what a welcome flashback!

I loved Carmen San Diego. I think I wanted to be all mysterious like her someday
I loved Carmen Sandiego!
Everyone always wanted to go to California if they won, and it made me think that California must be pretty fabulous.
Then, my main concern was that if I was on the show (cause really, that was likely to happen!), I wouldn't know how to spell California correctly and that would be awful! Hahaha
7Do it, Rockapella!
I only recognized Carmen Sandiego and Double Dare on that list. I watched a lot of grown-up game shows as a kid. My favorite was Classic Concentration.
8No Masters of the Maze? It used to be on right after I'm telling and was hosted by Mario Lopez!
9oh carmen sandiego i love that show back in the day
10We played Carmen in computer class too..middle school for me. We had the *new* color (screen was in color) Macs.
Wild and Crazy kids and Legends, were faves for me. I hated Double Dare after a while.
11I loved them all! Thanks for the little nostalgia trip!
12OMG, Double Dare was like the best kid game show ever! It used to come on before school and I couldn't leave until it was done! I just wanted to run that obstacle course at the end.
13buzz this was a great read thanks! i recognized all the shows but 2 i think.
14BEST POST EVER. i've been trying to tell people about fun house but was at the point where i thought no one else remembered it besides me!!

I only watched a handful of these, like Double Dare. I remember trying to simulate Double Dare in a jungle gym/kiddie park in my neighborhood--parents were not happy!
I remember Classic Concentration fondly, and when I was older, Singled Out on MTV. There was also Love Connection, of course, and later that Blind Date show with the thought bubbles.

Carmen San Dief\go was actually a fully sanctioned game for class at my junior school. They said it helped with general knowledge and geography so we used to go play it in the free hour we had on fridays. It was way cool. Did anyone ever watch Crystal Maze it was a british game show but it rocked.
