Ms. 9-to-5 herself, Dolly Parton, stopped by American Idol this week to school the remaining nine contestants in the ways of country music. Country week has been a make-or-break week for many Idol hopefuls in the past, and having to sing songs from Parton's catalog added an extra challenge this week. she just isn't doing that well - he voice isn't strong and she's had a lot of lack luster performances.
i hope that david cook is ok though - i heard that he was in the hospital after the show -
2I'd be thrilled if it were Kristy, but I *think* Ramiele's time with us is up.
(Or maybe Sayesha -- but I voted Ramiele for this poll, even though I think she's cute as the dickens and I happen to like her far better than either KLC or Sayesha.)
3And I'm surprised that I have anxiety for Brooke (surprised, because I've never before felt like she was in much danger of being amongst the bottom three). I enjoyed her performance more than the judges did -- and I recognize that there is a bit of a Simon-Sway evident in voting.
If Brooke leaves before the three ladies I mentioned above, I'll feel terribly sad.
4Ramiele is boring. I hope bottom 3 will be Ramiele, Kristy and Syesha. They just don't thrill me. I wouldn't be completely surprised if Carly or Brooke or Jason are in the bottom 3, though.
5Ramiele. She's just not at the same level as the others and is kind of boring.
6I didn't like Syesha either. That was way too big of a song for her, but I think it will be (should be) Ramiele.
I agree with most people, Ramiele just isn't great. She's okay and cute, but not amazing. I don't like kristy or syesha too much either. I also wouldn't be sad if Brooke went home. I just feel like she has no range. But I thought Michael was amazing last night! woo hoo!
7Ramiele needs to go home. I have started to feel sorry for her as she has to know she isn't going to win and keeps having to face the harsh judges every week.
8Ramiele has a good voice, but I think she keeps picking the wrong songs. (I know, it's the whole 'wrong song choice' cliché, but I think she can sing, she just doesn't quite know WHAT to sing).
As long as Michael Johns sticks around for another week, I'm OK. (Someone has to bring the eye candy every week!) I've also developed a totally weird and random crush on Jason Castro and am hoping that he's not in the bottom 3.
9Kristy should never had made it into the top 12....she should have been gone weeks ago
10David Cook and Michael Johns are amazing. I love them. I heard David Cook was in the hospital too last night and I freaked. But I heard he's fine. They said he had heart problems or something.
11Ramiele has the ability to sing really well but her performances are boring, and she does not choose songs that showcase her voice. Plus her whole "I'm such a cute little girl" persona is really annoying already. She acts very child-like on stage after she sings and it's really very silly.

13I think that Ramiele has a lot of talent but like others have said, she picks the wrong songs...

14Ramiele might have to go. I'm a bit flustered with Syesha though, doing a Whitney or Celine song and failing to at least do just as good as the original should put em automatically in bottom 3... seriously, just don't do it if you can't deliver.

17am i the only one who thinks that Brooke white can't hold a note to save her life?? I really don't like sayesha, but compare to brooke she IS whitney Huston. How come the judges(simon and Randy) are so hard on her, but when it comes to brooke they are treat her very lightly and almost block out the fact that she sucks, oh well oh and as far as Paula why even bother listening to her mumble?
