- Survivor a thriver. Survivor showed it can still pull in big numbers this week, becoming Thursday's most-watched program with just over 13 million viewers.
- Tough law. The premiere of Canterbury's Law was just OK for Fox on Monday, pulling in 7.6 million viewers — but the show skewed older, finishing fourth in its time slot among the key advertising demo of viewers 18-49.
- Top Chef's cooking. The season premiere of Top Chef brought in 2.3 million viewers for Bravo, up 11 percent from last season's premiere.
- Lost hits a new low. Despite a great episode, Lost recorded a new season low in viewers on Thursday. It still won its time slot, but it brought in a below-average 11.9 million viewers.
- Lewis in the black. The premiere of Lewis Black's Root of All Evil was a winner for Comedy Central on Wednesday. Like Top Chef, it also got 2.3 million viewers, making it the highest-rated premiere on the network since Chapelle's Show began its run in 2003.

Untold
lol... I don't watch any of those shows...
1Man, a whole lot of people missed out on an awesome episode of Lost.
2Ugh, when are people going to get tired of Survivor already?
I miss Chappelle's Show. So so much.
3Canterbury's Law was okay, nothing special, but I'll give it another shot.
4if only 1.1 million more people watched the 'most watched' thursday show than lost, i'd say not a lot of people are watching tv period.
5I'll never get sick of Survivor.
6i watched the premier for top chef but on tivo and i don't understand why soooo many ppl did (compared to last season) but i guess it's a good thing for bravo. we'll just have to see what the chefs do since to be honest, i wasn't wowed for the opener.
