Now this is the America's Next Top Model I've come to know and love: challenges, makeovers, and phrases like "hella juiced" (courtesy of Marvita). Last night's episode also introduced us to something new and pretty amazing: Tyra Vision, a little TV set graphic that bubbled up in the hair salon (a la Pop-Up Video) with Tyra inside of it telling us her secret makeover plans for each girl. Also, two girls actually reenacted a scene in which butt size was called into question with what I was able to identify as ANTM dolls thanks to Popwatch.
In last week's episode, the girls' first photo shoot was pretty tame. Tyra's people piled a ton of clothes on the models and asked them to convey sadness through their eyes. Yawn. However, last night was the true test of the models' skills: posing outside in the cold, atop a boat, in their skivvies. Those skivvies were designed by none other than Elle Macpherson who was on set and seemed like a genuinely nice person. i was so glad to see allison go! she annoyed the crap out of me. and why did all the girls seem to get either red or blonde hair? i think the best make over was clair with her short platinum 'do.
1Allison was conceited! Someone needed to put her in her place, and I'm glad she got sent home.
Claire did look great, but Marvita's change was the best one. She was just a mess before that!

7This season, there isn't anyone I really like. Some are annoying, and some are boring, and some frankly baffle me.
8But Allison was getting on my nerves. If she had picked up the clue phone, she would have stayed, and "High Fashion" Dominique would have gone.
Dominique totally should have gone home! That soccer mom hair is hideous!
9I knew as soon as Allison said "I'm not going home" that she'd either be bottom two or go home ... it's like the kiss of death.
10So glad Allison was sent home!

MrsSchmitt - I think Tyra said Dominique's hair color was a mistake and they're going to fix it. We'll see if that helps her out, I kind of doubt it.
12Allison was annoying, but I think she has WAY more potential than Dominique.
