The star-studded cast of Vantage Point [1] enjoyed the No. 1 spot at the box office [2] this weekend earning an estimated $24 million. The biggest weekend of the year for Hollywood [3] also helped Academy Award [4]-nominated films, giving movies like No Country For Old Men [5] a significant boost at the box office, Variety reports.

Jumper [6] came in at No. 2, followed by The Spiderwick Chronicles [7] in the third spot. The silly-funny Be Kind Rewind [8] came in at No. 7 followed by Juno [9], which took in another $4.1 million this weekend. Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins [10] slid in at No. 9 and There Will Be Blood [11] rounded out the top 10.
