They are all great actors. He puts sooooo much into all of his characters that it is kind of surprising he does not get nominated more often.

11it would have bee GREAT for clooney to win but i think that we all knew that it wasn't going to happen. good for daniel though ...they all say that he makes one picture every 10 years and it's always up for nomination
12I am going to go out on a limb here and say that in all honesty I thought the award belonged to Viggo for Eastern Promises. Daniel was very good in TWBB but Viggo really blew me away with his performance. But, it is impossible to compare the two roles so they are all winners really.
13Of course, he won! He is an amazing actor. I can't see Clooney beating him ever.
14I still stand by my opinion that Viggo deserved this Oscar. I saw all the movies and still don't get how DDL over acting is consider award worthy. haha! Viggo was flat out brilliant.

17I agree Lynn. It would have been awesome if Johnny won, with this being his 3rd Best Actor nomination. But DDL is a fantastic actor, and he did deserved the win. He his acceptance speech is was so humble and heartfelt

20Daniel is always a different person in every role he plays. He's always awe-inspiring to watch. I say out of the five in the category this year he truly deserved it.
