Marion Cotillard won the Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose. Her fellow nominees included Cate Blanchett, Julie Christie, Laura Linney and Ellen Page, and her speech was absolutely adorable ("You rocked my life!"). How do you feel about this win?

All though she was up against some stiff competition I think Marion definitely deserved this win. Seriously how adorable was her speech. She's definitely one of my favorite new actresses.

The best. I was afraid she will not win because only Sofia Loren had one for best actress category in a non-english speaking movie. But Marion won it. I would have never watch again if not.
Olivier rocked her world and she rocked mine when I met her.

I thought if they weren't going to award Julie Christie, they would have given it to Ellen page, guess i was wrong .

She was amazing. I watched this movie on an overseas flight, three times. The lady next to me thought i was crazy sitting there crying and watching the same movie over and over! I love the song about having no regrets.
